KINGSTON CONSTRUCTIONS CD-ROM Design | Development | Liaison Kingston is an influential construction company based in Melbourne, specialising in industrial development. Our team was approached to design and project manage the development of a promotional CD-ROM in addition to the company website. Kingston trusted our creativity and gave us licence and full freedom to develop a CD-ROM that could only be described as a virtual coffee table book, turning what could have been easily a bland four colour brochure into an inspiring display of Kingston’s ingenuity in Industrial Development. We must pay tribute and recognise the talent of Isamu Sawa, the internationally renowned Melbourne based photographer, who through the dexterity of his talent and his artfulness managed to capture the strengths and highlights of linear engineering of industrial architecture at its peak. As an extension of the contract we were asked to design an informative and exploratory website for Kingston. There is nothing more inspiring for a design team, than to be honoured with the trust and confidence of a client as did Kingston, and to work in collaboration with talents such of Issey’s calibre.
